FIPC 2012 – Life presence
THE EGG
FIPC 2013
NATURAL JEWELS
1st prize @ FESTIVAL DE LA PHOTO CULINAIRE 2013
In a world dominated by multinationals, inflicting unorthodox culinary habits thanks to genetically modified products, the food chain is being destroyed. At a time when chefs are like movie stars, creating recipes that are more and more complicated, one forgets that the real luxury are the natural jewels of Mother Nature.
FIPC 2015 FEEDING THE PLANET
The man since many years is trying to solve the problems of
population growth and the resulting supply of resources , also food ,
even looking beyond the boundaries of our planet but maybe “you
do not need to go to find the peanuts on Mars” because, probably,
he really needs more of a true consciousness feeding . Valid
indications are also offered by hygienist schools which have ancient
origins.
THE BEAUTY OF THE FALLEN LEAVES 2015
The sad beauty of fallen leaves , the charm of their unstoppable transformation that promises to a forthcoming end, showing a subtle decadence, is, in a certain way, the same decline of the society we live in and the end of the economic system, blind, the one of steady growth but not sustainable, which is now at an end.
FIPC 2016 THE TABLE
1st prize @ FESTIVAL DE LA PHOTO CULINAIRE 2016
For someone the table is an almost sacred places, is where we meet not only to eat but also to socialise and celebrate with friends. For this reason, sometimes, the table can also be transformed into a factor of exasperation of our daily worries and our social life. Here often manifest loneliness, indifference, marginalisation, distance, separation and we must also know how to live with whom is different from us.
FIPC 2018 – TRIBUTE TO THE MEMORY OF PAUL BOCCUSE
After the death of Paul Boccuse, one of the greats of world cuisine, we are left with his incredible recipes, even if it is not these that give happiness but people themselves should find it within themselves, regardless of everything else. Everything is relative. Food is a direct expression of the culture of a people. A dish, whether tasty or not, can also represent, for some, a memory, a special moment in our lives, an act of true creativity in a flat life condition.
